Evolution Towing & Recovery transports classic, prestige and lowered cars across Maitland, the Hunter Valley and interstate on an owner-operated tilt tray. The tray's low approach angle, slow winch loading, soft wheel straps and four-point tie-downs mean low and precious cars travel without scrapes, fully insured and photographed at both ends.
How they travel
Careful is the whole job.
- Low approach angle. The tray tilts flat to the ground, so low front bars and splitters load without scraping.
- Winched on, never driven hard. Slow, controlled loading with the winch doing the work.
- Soft straps over the wheels. Tie-downs grip the tyres, not the bodywork, suspension arms or diff.
- Four-point tie-down. The car cannot shift, bounce or rub for the whole trip.
- Photos at pickup and delivery. Condition recorded at both ends, so everyone sleeps well.
One honest note: this is open transport on a dedicated tilt tray, not an enclosed trailer. What you get instead is one car per tray, one driver the whole way, and a bloke who owns the truck personally answering for its condition.

Yes. The tilt tray sits at a low approach angle and the car is winched on slowly, so lowered, modified and low-clearance cars load without scraping. Soft straps go over the wheels rather than the bodywork, and four-point tie-downs hold the car still for the whole trip.
Yes. Evolution Towing & Recovery is fully licenced (TTOPT08025722) and fully insured, and your vehicle is covered from the moment it is loaded until it is delivered. The car's condition is photographed at pickup and delivery.
Absolutely, and most owners of special cars want to be. Ben will talk you through the loading, and you are welcome to watch every strap go on. If you cannot be there, photos are taken at both ends.
Yes. Single-car interstate transport is a core service: your classic rides alone on the tray, not stacked in a queue on a multi-car carrier, with one fixed price agreed before it moves.
