Privacy Policy

Evolution Towing & Recovery (ABN 12 495 360 920) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide when you call, text, email or request a quote: your name, phone number, email address and the pickup and drop-off locations for the job.
• Vehicle details relevant to the tow, including make, model, condition and photographs of the vehicle taken at pickup and delivery.
• Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and general location, collected through standard analytics tools.

Why we collect it

• To provide quotes and carry out towing and transport services.
• To keep records of jobs, including condition photographs, for insurance and dispute-prevention purposes.
• To communicate with you about a booking or enquiry.
• To meet legal, licensing and insurance obligations.

How it is stored and shared

Personal information is stored securely and accessed only as needed to run the business. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared where the job requires it (for example with your insurer or a repairer you nominate) or where the law requires disclosure.

Photographs

Vehicles are photographed at pickup and delivery as a condition record. Photographs of vehicles may occasionally be used on our website or social media to show real jobs; registration plates and personal details are treated with care, and you can ask for a photo of your vehicle not to be used or to be removed at any time.

Access and correction

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting evolutiontow@outlook.com or 0406 976 030. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
