Evolution Towing & Recovery collects vehicles from auction houses, dealer yards and private sellers across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and beyond, and delivers them on a dedicated tilt tray. Pickups are booked to a schedule, photographed at both ends, insured in transit, and priced as one fixed quote agreed before collection.
For buyers
You bid. Ben drives.
- Won the auction? Done. Send the release details and the car is collected, photographed and delivered to your driveway.
- Online and private sales. Bought sight-unseen from a seller two hours away? Ben collects, checks it matches the listing photos, and brings it home.
- Non-runners welcome. Auction bargains that do not start are winched on. That is half the point of the tray.
- One fixed price. Quoted up front by distance and vehicle. The price on the phone is the price on the invoice.
For dealers
Trade moves without the circus.
- Scheduled pickups and drops. Book a slot and the tray arrives on time, at the yard or the auction house.
- Photos at both ends. Condition recorded at collection and delivery, so trade disputes never start.
- One call, no run-around. You deal with the operator directly. Quotes, timing and updates come from the bloke driving.
- Repeat runs, priced fairly. Regular dealer and auction work is welcome. Talk to Ben about standing arrangements.

Yes. Dealer trades, yard-to-yard moves and auction runs across the Hunter, Newcastle and beyond are regular work, booked to a time slot with one fixed price and photos at both ends.
Often within a day or two, depending on the run and current bookings. Urgent same-day collections are sometimes possible around local work; call 0406 976 030 and ask.
One fixed price based on the distance and the vehicle, agreed before pickup. No storage-day surprises and no hidden fuel levies.
