Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to towing, recovery and transport services provided by Evolution Towing & Recovery (ABN 12 495 360 920, tow truck operator licence TTOPT08025722). Booking a job or accepting a quote means accepting these terms.

Quotes and payment

• Quotes are given before work begins, based on the details you provide: distance, vehicle, condition and access.
• The quoted price stands unless the job differs materially from what was described (for example a non-runner described as a runner, or access requiring recovery work).
• Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The service

• Vehicles are carried on a tilt tray, secured at four points, and photographed at pickup and delivery.
• Evolution Towing & Recovery is fully licenced and insured, and vehicles are covered by insurance while loaded and in transit.
• Estimated arrival times are given honestly and in good faith, but traffic, weather and prior jobs can affect them.

Your responsibilities

• Describe the vehicle and its condition accurately when booking.
• Remove personal valuables before transport; insurance covers the vehicle, not loose contents.
• Ensure keys and lawful authority to move the vehicle are available at pickup.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the cost of re-supplying it. Pre-existing damage recorded in pickup photographs is not the responsibility of Evolution Towing & Recovery.

Uncollected vehicles

Where a vehicle is delivered to a location you nominate and cannot be left safely, or remains uncollected by arrangement, storage and any further movement are handled in line with applicable NSW law, with reasonable costs payable before release.
