Why we collect it
- To provide quotes and carry out towing and transport services.
- To keep records of jobs, including condition photographs, for insurance and dispute-prevention purposes.

How it is stored and shared
Personal information is stored securely and accessed only as needed to run the business. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared where the job requires it (for example with your insurer or a repairer you nominate) or where the law requires disclosure.
Photographs
Vehicles are photographed at pickup and delivery as a condition record. Photographs of vehicles may occasionally be used on our website or social media to show real jobs; registration plates and personal details are treated with care, and you can ask for a photo of your vehicle not to be used or to be removed at any time.
